Our research covers multiple topics in the areas of leadership (e.g., leadership selection and assessment, leading teams, strategic leadership, the role of leader emotions), innovation (e.g. incentives for innovation, measuring innovation performance, strategic innovation) and organization (e.g. organizational routines, behavior in organizations, performance management, organizational impact of digital technologies and social media). We take a quantitative-empirical research approach, which rests upon different data sources (databases, Internet-based secondary data, laboratory experiments) and research designs (experimental and correlational designs).
