New team member: Dipl.-Psych. Lisa Ritzenhöfer
We welcome our new team member Dipl.-Psych. Lisa Ritzenhöfer who will join the BMBF-project "Selection and Evaluation of Leaders in Management and Academia". Lisa Ritzenhöfer studied psychology as well as "translating and interpreting" at the University of Heidelberg. After she finished her diploma in psychology, she worked at BASF, SE Ludwigshafen in the area of personnel selection. We are looking forward to a successful teamwork with her.
