Research interests
I am interested in understanding the influencing factors on proactive behavior in organizations. My leading research questions are why and when employees have new and innovative ideas, take the initiative to improve things, and get others' attention to important areas for improvement in organizations. A second research interest concerns strategic decision-making in organizations. Here my focus lies on how strategies are perceived depending on the respective decision-maker.
