Research and Publications

I am mesmerized by the question how strategic management could be more effective in the future. There are tons of concepts – partly conflicting – which do still not give the ultimate answer to questions like: Which factors have to be in place to make sure your company will survive? Are these factors the same in order to answer the questions what has to be done rightly in order to succeed?

Another focus of my research is decision making, especially in entrepreneurial contexts. We are currently conducting an empirical study to find out how venture capital and loan granting decisions are made and which biases influence these decisions.
