Dr. Di Qing

Research interests

My research interest is organizational behavior and innovation.  For current, I am working on a project about "the key factors of innovation in China state-owned big companies".  The project is supported by China National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science(the NPOPSS fund).  So now my reaserch focus on how China and China state-owned manufactorying company can improve the innovation performance.  In the past 2 years, I interviewed 26 state-owned manufactorying companies all over China.  I am trying to identify innovation problems from two aspects, first is the personality traits of R&D employees, the second is the environmental factors inside and outside the companies.
